You will find Silverdale Physio inside “The Connection“, Unit 20, 2181 East Coast Road, Silverdale.

The Connection is located above OMG Bakery. You can access the clinic via the stairs to the left of OMG Bakery. There is a chair lift if required, though this is timely to use so please come early.

Please use parking spaces labeled as “The Connection”, or visitors parking. The Connection has 2 parking spaces, 1 outside the bakery, the other along the fence line.

Babies are more than welcome in our sessions, however more mobile children will need a supervising person to help with their busy hands, or will need to be independent in the waiting room. There are 2 flights of stairs to the clinic; a chair lift is available if you feel you need your pram though this option does take quite a bit of time so please come early to your appointment should you choose to bring a pram. There is plenty of space in the clinic room for a play mat or similar.
